SUS316 threaded clean fittings with a two-piece body and union nut. An internal insert and rotating sleeve simplify tube connection and removal.
Technical details.
- Threaded fittings for clean gases, purified water and chemical fluids.
- SUS316 threaded fittings with a two-piece body and union nut.
- An insert inside the body and a sleeve inside the union nut simplify tube installation.
- The internal sleeve rotates, allowing removal without turning the tube.
- No special tools are required. Align the union nut with the fitting body to connect the tube.
- Oil-free processing throughout manufacture, cleaning and packaging in a cleanroom.
- Smooth internal surfaces, with radiused machining on 90° elbows and internal surface roughness below Ra3.2.
- 90° elbows also feature radiused internal machining.
- The union nut is silver-plated internally to reduce frictional heating between the body and nut during assembly.
